Hebrew School – the very term can provoke positive memories or shudders depending on a person’s individual history and experience.  No matter where you fall on the issue, the time may come when you begin searching for some formal Jewish education for your little ones.

Description:  Baltimore Hebrew Congregation Religious School program has many paths for different families. They have a one day a week religious school, a family Jewish outdoor education program, online learning, and midweek Hebrew school.

BEIT-RJ (The Baltimore Educational Initiative for Teens of Reform Judaism)

Description:  Post B’nai Mitzvah educational program serving students in grades 8 to 12 to strengthen their Jewish identities. BEIT-RJ is a program of the Baltimore Area Reform Jewish Educational Corporation (BARJE-CO), a partnership of Baltimore Hebrew Congregation, Har Sinai Congregation, Temple Emanuel, and Temple Oheb Shalom. Semester locations rotate through participating synagogues.
