Elianna received her rabbinic ordination from the American Jewish Universitys Ziegler School of Rabbinic Studies in 2006. Following rabbinical school, she served as the Assistant Rabbi of Adat Ari El, a Conservative synagogue in Los Angeles, CA. She currently serves as a freelance rabbi.
