Rabbi Yael Hammerman is the Director of Congregational Learning at Ansche Chesed on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. She loves creating dynamic Jewish learning experiences for students of all ages, from toddlers to seniors. A Jersey girl herself, Yael’s raising two born and bred New Yorkers – baby Shai, and 4-year old Hannah–who can hail a taxi like a pro.
