Barbra Streisand Poses Pantsless at Age 74 & Absolutely Kills It

Barbra Streisand is basically in her own category of awesome. At 74, she posed for the December issue of W magazine in a series of seductive photos and completely slays. On the cover, for instance, the two-time Oscar Winner is wearing only a white button-down shirt, black tie, sheer black pantyhose, and high heels–all while casually seated on a stool.

In the interview itself, Streisand opens up about the men who’ve been lucky to grace her life, including her Hollywood crush, Marlon Brando, and her husband of 18 years, James Brolin. Despite the fame, however, she still would get intimidated when asked out, even by her now-husband:

“My husband and I were set up on a blind date. I met him at a dinner and expected a bearded mountain-man type, and he had cut off all his hair and was clean-shaven. I asked him, ‘Who screwed up your hair?’ He later told me that’s when he fell in love with me. My fella likes to hear the truth, which is unusual.”

It makes sense why she felt that way, considering strong women tend to be met with suspicion, which she also explained:

“Strong women are, simply, women with opinions. And they have always been treated with suspicion. Sadly, the strong women usually don’t get the guy at the end of the film.”

This is precisely why she directed the 1996 film, “The Mirror Has Two Faces,” because she was tired of the stereotype:

“I thought, ‘Hmm, I’ve been alone too long. I think I’ll do this movie.’ And then, in real life, I also got the guy at the end! I wound up getting married,” she exclaims. “In a sense, I believe you can manifest your reality.”

I can’t wait to read the rest of the issue in W’s next issue. Oh, Babs, you’ll always have my heart.
