Deena Shanker is a New Yorker living in San Francisco. After moving west in the fall, she has found she prefers San Fran's weather but misses New York's kvetching. Luckily, the beach, the parks, and the abundance of delicious food give her little to kvetch about. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Barnard College.
