- It’s official: Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman this past Saturday. Some of the deets: BFF Cameron Diaz did a reading of e.e. cumming’s “I Carry Your Heart” (which I’m pretty sure she had to recite in her movie In Her Shoes), the “vintage garden” decor “was so her,” and very little was said about the baby on the way, or her conversion to Judaism. - Looks like a pregnant Sarah Silverman is not in our future, though the comedienne would definitely consider adopting. She states: “…Everybody is like, ‘Don’t get your dog from a breeder, get your dog from a shelter…’ and I agree, but don’t get your people from a breeder. - Though she still hasn’t officially confirmed it, it appears that Drew Barrymore is pregnant with a girl. She and fiance Will Kopelman had a joint wedding shower/baby shower in Los Angeles last week. Still no updates on her conversion process. (Celebrity Baby Scoop)

- The first public photo of former NY Congressman Anthony Weiner with his 2-month-old Jordan have been released, and he sure looks like one proud baby-wearing dad! Sometimes, it’s nice to forget that you’ve been involved in a horrible sex scandal. (Celebrity Baby Scoop)
- Remember when Drew Barrymore announced that she was converting to Judaism for fiance Will Kopelman and we said we hope that means they’ll make some future Jewish babies?! It might be happening already!! (And yes, we realize this is horribly invasive and we should respect their privacy, but whatcha gonna do.) (TMZ)

It’s a big news day for Jewish celebrity gossip! Drew Barrymore has announced that she will be converting to Judaism for her fiance, Will Kopelman. This of course excites us, as we hope that the couple will eventually have adorable Jewish babies that we can talk about in the Kid-Dish week after week.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL!
According to a source, Drew reached out to her former co-star Adam Sandler to help with this important transition. I am very curious to know how Sandler will help Drew convert, but I guess if she needs to perform a kitschy holiday song before dipping into the mikveh, she’ll be covered.
Kopelman, who she’ll be marrying later this year, is not totally new to the celebrity scene. As an art consultant, he’s helped pick out collections for Zooey Deschenel and Robert Pattinson, his father was the former CEO of Chanel, and his sister is a “fashionista” who went to private school in Manhattan with one of our other favorite Jewish mamas, Gwyneth Paltrow.
Mazel tov to Drew and Will. May the rabbis go easy on you.
