The Museum of Jewish Heritage presents a new Sunday morning series designed especially for Jewish and interfaith parents of babies and young toddlers, and expectant parents, too. All types of families are welcome.
New Families, New Traditions is an informal Sunday morning series where you can meet other moms and dads over bagels and coffee, and explore a range of topics that befuddle new parents. Children can enjoy a padded play area, complete with an array of fun and safe toys, or snooze in the stroller.
The program is FREE!
Programs will be at the Museum of Jewish Heritage, 36 Battery Place.

Writer Julie Wiener, "In The Mix," a column about interfaith family life in The Jewish Week
Writer and mom Julie Wiener has experienced and written about many of the challenges that come from being in an interfaith marriage. With insight and humor, she'll share some of her tips for navigating the holiday season with a minimum of stress.
The program will begin with gentle music and songs for parents and babies, led by Vered.
Programs will continue in the spring.
