the Museum of Jewish Heritage – A Living Memorial to the Holocaust will continue New Families, New Traditions, a series of free programs for Downtown Jewish and interfaith families. The programs, which feature puppets, music, and storytelling, are especially designed for children under three years old and their parents.

Shira Kobren is a New York City-based performer and educator whose work spans live stage, television, film, musical recordings, and, of course, classrooms. She is the lead singer of the rockin’ family friendly band, Shira & Friends.
