Free Stuff Alert: The Bronfman Haggadah App & iPad Mini

This is not your Bubbe’s haggadah.

This Passover (April 14), technology is your friend. The Bronfman Haggadah is now available as a truly unique app, allowing users to interact with this book through sound, animation, and video, all on a mobile device.  Watch behind the scenes videos, hear the words of the haggadah read aloud, and see the artwork come to life.

Some features of the The Bronfman Haggadah app:

1. Users have the option of hearing the text of the haggadah read aloud with page-synced narration, or to turn off the sound for a do-it-yourself Passover seder.

2. On select pages in the haggadah, users can choose to watch a video where they will hear behind-the-scenes information, including interviews with Edgar M. Bronfman, and artist Jan Aronson, on how she designed it using historical data combined with symbolic imagery

3. Users see the illustrations by acclaimed artist Jan Aronson come life, as watercolor fish swim in the sea, and flames flicker on the screen, illuminating the haggadah experience.

We are giving away free downloads of the app to two lucky winners, and one grand prize winner will win the app plus a 16GB, wi-fi, non-retina iPad mini. And for those who can’t wait, you can download the Bronfman Haggadah app directly from iTunes. Happy Passover, indeed!

To enter, fill out the form below. We’ll choose a winner this coming Friday, April 4th.
