People are still buzzing over Katy Perry and Missy Elliot’s performances for Super Bowl XLIX, (ahem, left shark). And while I totally get the excitement of groundbreaking over-the-topness, I also think something needs to be said about a consistently amazing performer–which is why I’m choosing to focus on none other than Idina Menzel.
Menzel, known most famously for her role as Princess Elsa in Frozen, knocked the National Anthem out of the park (field?) last night. While this might come as no surprise–because I mean come on, we’re talking about Idina here–the National Anthem is pretty easy to mess up, and she didn’t. I’m getting the chills just thinking about it.
