Gan Shabbat, a program of children’s Sabbath services for nursery school age students and their families will take place at Bet Torah on Saturday morning, January 11. This inter-active introduction to Shabbat songs, stories and prayers takes place from 10:30 to noon in the synagogue library for toddlers up to grade 2. A kid-friendly Kiddush of refreshments follows each service. (“Gan” is the Hebrew word for “garden”).

Gan Shabbat services will also be held on the first Saturday of each month on the following dates: February 1, March 1, April 5, May 3 and June 7.

Unaffiliated families and intermarried families are invited to join this specially designed warm and welcoming children’s program.
