The release of “Wonder Woman” has been the catalyst of many emotions and opinions (the box office went wild, while some viewers have offered critiques). But regardless of your feelings about the movie, the fact that many young kids are dressing up as Wonder Woman is pretty adorable and inspiring.
Who doesn’t like to see little girls and boys look up to a female superhero? I can’t say this happens everyday—the most popular superheroes are usually men.
Here’s some of our favorites:
last night we witnessed the magic that is Wonder Woman. All I could think about the whole movie was how excited I was for young girls to see it and feel represented in such a powerful way. Thank you @gal_gadot for letting it be known that girls can be heroes too. I hope this movie opens the door for many more female driven comic films to be made in the very near future. I’m waiting with open arms for u captain marvel!
