Hey Baltimore–Motivate Your Kids with This Summer Reading Challenge

Summer Reading

School may be out for summer, but we know you want to make sure that their little minds don’t turn to mush during all of the summer fun. The good news is that the Macks Center for Jewish Education (a.k.a. CJE) has got your back with their Summer Reading Program for children ages 3-12. In our experience, a bit of competition and the chance of winning prizes are both powerful motivators for young readers.

The Scoop:
Read 3 books and win your first prize
Read 6 books and win a book of your own to take home
Read 10 books to enter the Grand Prize Raffle for a $150 gift certificate to The Ivy Bookshop

Pick up a book tracker at the Summer Reading Kick-Off to help get your kids on their way. Not able to attend the kick-off event, but still want to participate? No worries–contact Rebecca Levitan and she will get you started.
