Did you know that PJ Library offers more than just free books? That’s right—in addition to sending you new bedtime stories every month, PJ Library of Greater MetroWest New Jersey has also cooked up an entire calendar of programs to keep you and your kids entertained all year long.

 

January

Tu Bishvat Family Celebration
Bring the family for crafts, singing, light snacks, and circle time to learn about and celebrate Tu Bishvat. Best for children ages 5 and under—siblings welcome, free and open to the community, limited space available, RSVP required.

Tu Bishvat Family Nature Walk
Celebrate Tu Bishvat, the Jewish new year for the trees, with an outdoor family celebration. A Jewish nature educator will lead participants through a journey in the park along with crafts, snacks, and song. Be sure to bundle up—the program is outside. RSVP required.

Havdalah Pajama Parties
Dress the kids in their favorite PJs and enjoy a light (kosher) dairy dinner, crafts, story time, singing, and Havdalah. Free and open to the community. All are welcome. Multiple dates and locations available. RSVP required.

PJ Library Author and Book Signing
Meet Andria Warmflash Rosenbaum, the author of PJ Library favorites “Meg on Parade” and “A Grandma Like Yours/A Grandpa Like Yours.” Special story times for different age groups. Bring your books and have them autographed. Open to all, RSVP requested but not required.

Leap for PJ Library
