Spring has finally arrived here in Baltimore. The flowers are blooming, the birds are singing, and we don’t know about you, but we are itching to get out of the house and have some fun. We can’t wait to “rock the block” at the annual Community Block Party and celebrate Shabbat at JTown; and we’re already planning some extra cardio sessions to get ready for the ice cream and cheesecake on Shavuot.

My Israel – The Puzzle Art Project & Installation
Get some culture and attend the opening of an original art installation made of puzzle pieces created by local Jewish students and by students in Baltimore’s partner cities of Odessa, Ukraine, and Ashkelon, Israel.

Playdate Together
Sing songs, play games, and visit with nursing home residents at Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center with Jewish Volunteer Connection. It’s a great way to introduce your little ones to the concept of giving back. Free, for children ages three months through preschool and their parents.

PJ on the Town @ the Community Block Party
PJ on the Town wants to make sure your older kids have fun too! They can raise money for tzedakah and vote to help decide where it will be donated, create bracelets for themselves and for a child in Ashkelon Israel, and groove along to music on the Family Stage.
