The best part of the Passover seder is obviously subjective — from finding the afikomen to dipping your fingers in wine to hitting people with leeks or just getting to finally, finally eat. Yet we’d argue that one of the most enjoyable parts of the holiday is singing together, like rocking out to “Dayenu” and “Chad Gadya.”

But is that enough? Or as some would say, dayenu?

We don’t think so. That is why this year, Kveller is introducing Kveller’s Passover Parody Songbook.

We know many families have had their own seder songbooks for years, and the Passover parody has become a bona fide art form. But now, we are so excited to give the gift of more puns, more rhymes and the promise of more seder silliness to you, our dear readers.

What makes Kveller’s Passover Parody Songbook such a delight? Not only do the parodies come directly from the Kveller community — who have been entering our Passover parody contest throughout these last few years, — but it’s also a beautifully spiral-bound keepsake with the most amazing musical frog on the cover.

There’s truly nothing this collection of parodies doesn’t have — from ’90s throwbacks, to Beatles classics, to, of course, Taylor Swift and other modern pop hits that will delight the youngest guests at your seder table.

To get a copy of Kveller’s Passover Parody Songbook — and start your own Passover karaoke party — just make a donation of $36 or more by March 9! Not only will you be securing a rare and delightful Jewish book, but you’ll also be helping to support Kveller and all our holiday shenanigans for years to come.

We’re so excited to be part of your new Passover traditions. Happy (post-four-cups-of-wine??) singing and chag sameach!

Keep Kveller Kvelling. Your support ensures that anyone seeking laughter, community and Jewish joy can find it here, without needing to cross the Red Sea (or a paywall).
