A little under two years after the birth of their first daughter, Sophia Richie Grainge and husband Elliot Grainge just welcomed their first son.

In a March 25 social media post, the Jewish model shared a picture of her daughter, Eloise, holding her baby brother. In the caption she announced his name and birthdate: “Henry Cecil Grainge 💙 03/18/26,” she wrote. She described the two little ones in the pictures as “loves of my life.”

Just like his sister, whose middle name, Samantha, is a tribute to Elliot’s late mother, who died when he was a kid, baby Henry was also named according to Ashkenazi Jewish naming tradition.

Henry Goldstein was the name of Elliot’s great-grandfather, while Cecil was the name of his grandfather, the father of Lucian Grainge, chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group.

Back in 2023, Richie and Grainge got married in a traditional Jewish ceremony in the South of France. Sofia, who grew up attending church with her famous father, Lionel Richie, completed her conversion to Judaism a month before their wedding, calling it a “magical day” and one of the “greatest experiences of my life.”

Grainge, now the Chairman and CEO of Atlantic Music Group, is a self-proclaimed “nice Jewish boy,” and certainly seems to be very supportive of his wife. His only two posts on Instagram are about Sofia: one in which he congratulates her on the launch of her brand SRG Atelier, and the other sharing a picture of the two of them embracing.

A hearty mazel tov to this beautiful Jewish family!
