I have to be real — 2025 is not Target’s best Hanukkah merch year.
Perhaps they’re reticent after their venture into the dinosaur menorah market last year earned less than stellar reviews (and I’m sure quite a few returns).
This year, ahead of the Jewish Festival of Lights that starts on Dec. 14, Target is mostly playing it safe. The Hanukkah pajamas are giving very blue and muted. The menorahs are extra basic. The latkes plushie leaves something to be desired.
And yet, amid all that, there are some products that I find genuinely delightful: a misshapen sufganiyah duo that has my heart, Hanukkah kids’ leggings that I wish came in adult sizes and some fun new Hanukkah crafts, to boot. All in all, Target has given us a pretty good selection of items. I just can’t be mad.
And so, without further ado, I give you Kveller’s 2025 list of the cutest Target Hanukkah merch! We hope it brings you a little retail therapy light this holiday season.
All of our recommendations are independently selected by Kveller’s editorial team. We may earn a commission if you buy something through one of our affiliate links.
I'm in love with this sufganiyah tower of two. They're so cute together.
A classic tree of life menorah!
I love these leggings! I wish they came in adult sizes because I would definitely wear them to any Hanukkah party.
I quite like these simple ceramic dreidels that would look good on your mantle or decorating your holiday table.
Your kids can decorate your home with these sweet Hanukkah foam characters after they've finished creating them.
Window art is perfect for Hanukkah, a holiday where we're supposed to put our menorahs by the window for all to see. The laborious nature of gem art is also delightful for both passionately crafty kids and craft-loving adults.
Your littles can "light" these menorahs nightly after they've finished painting them.
Some cute earrings you can change up during the holiday.
Target is leaning into the cute sufganiyot this year. This is definitely their most adorable Hanukkah kids' shirt of the season.
This year, Target is once again selling Care Bear Hanukkah sweaters, and I still love them so much.
Your Paw Patrol obsessed kid thinks this is the cutest Target Hanukkah item of all time.
This may be my favorite Target Hanukkah item of 2025. I mean, the pun may be schmaltzy, but it also just works and these sufganiyot illustrations do fill me with holiday joy.
I've seen a lot of bows in this season's Hanukkah merch and I can't say I hate it. I also love the metallic silver touches on this menorah shirt.
Both a great little Hanukkah gift and an awesome accessory for a Hanukkah party for a stylish little one.
Target's Hanukkah pajamas this year aren't their best, but taking a photo in matching, affordable pajamas is always very cute.
I can't say this menorah is cute, but I do think it's rather a handsome, simple one.
I'm not sure I've ever seen a cream colored aluminum menorah and I kind of love it!
This isn't the cutest Hanukkah menorah wall hanging I've ever seen but it will do the trick in keeping the youngest kiddo in your house involved in the Hanukkah festivities without handling fire.
Target is my go-to for nice Hanukkah wrapping paper and this year's offering may be one of my favorites. I love the touches of neon and the whimsical illustrations that feature our friend the sufganiyah tower.
The illustrations of this memory game are the sweetest. Check out the latkes and applesauce and the sour cream!
These stickers, pencils and note papers make for great stocking stuffers or for a little Hanukkah party favor.
I love a two-sided decorative holiday pillow, especially for a holiday as long as Hanukkah!
We love an interactive Hanukkah kids' item that's more than just yellow and blue.
This felt garland will look great on your mantle or as Hanukkah party decor.
Target's Hanukkah placemats are definitely some of my most used holiday items of the season.
Take that brisket out of the oven in style this Hanukkah season!
You can never have too many Hanukkah cookie cutters. I use these not only for cookie making but for air dry clay crafts with the kiddos that you can paint together during the holiday.
Your dog deserves some Hanukkah games too! They don't have opposable thumbs to play dreidel and eating latkes, sufganiyot and gelt will send them straight to the vet, so this interactive dog toy is a good alternative.
This llama figurine not only sings a song, it also comes with a book from Kveller contributor Sara Beth Berman. I have long written about my love for Hanukkah llamas — or llamakkuhs, if you will — and I’m always happy to see more of them.
This is the most adorable menorah Target is selling this year. (To be fair, it's not a stiff competition!)
I might love the sufganiyot duo, but unfortunately they're just not as soft as this dreidel pillow. I wish it too had a cute face on it.
