Amanda Markowitz is a Los Angeles native, granddaughter of four Holocaust survivors, wife to her childhood sweetheart, and new mommy to a beautiful baby girl. Her family owns and operates Factor's Famous Deli, a Los Angeles landmark that has been open since 1948. Although she's been surrounded by corned beef and chopped liver all her life, Amanda is a 17-year vegetarian and takes her matzo balls without the chicken broth. She works as an actor and producer, as she enjoys telling stories and bringing words to life.
