Our Kveller hearts are fluttering like a million butterfly wings right now. According to C-Span, Clinton “once took a Yiddish lesson” as a way to relate to her Jewish supporters.
However, according to Beth Harpaz, author of “The Girls in the Van: Covering Hillary,” Clinton used the word kvell properly in a sentence, but pronounced it wrong, adding an extra syllable in there (ka-vell). Clinton apparently did take lessons to try and say the word correctly, but to no avail.
