Who: Bina, age 5
What: Raya doll
Zivar Amrami
Why: Bina received her Raya doll from her savti (grandmother) when she was just 3 years old. She loves her doll, because she looks real. When she plays with her, she puts her in a baby carrier and pretends she is a mom. Bina says she loves her “most of the time.” Which means she really is getting a hang of this motherhood thing.
