This Jewish Mom Has Donated Thousands of Bras & Tampons to Homeless Women

Dana Marlowe, a Kveller writer, began collecting bras to donate to homeless women after she lost weight last year, which led her to the create Support the Girls. It’s a non-profit organization that has since donated thousands of bras and feminine items to women in need.

Marlowe has written about donating bras to homeless women before–and how she realized there was a lack of support for women who don’t have access to bras (especially since they are so expensive). Since then, her organization has only grown.
