This ‘Leakers Anonymous’ Video Is So Hilarious, And So True

Don’t you love that sensation you get when you’re laughing so hard, your sides hurt? Or trying to stifle your laughter, because you’re around other people, and you don’t want them to think you’re crazy just bursting out in random bouts of laughter? Well, that’s how I felt watching this video (especially since I watched it at my work desk).

So, why was it so funny? Because this video produced by PeriCoach, which is called “Leakers Anonymous,” takes a taboo topic like bladder leakage and uses humor to raise awareness. Most people don’t like to admit when they’re having bladder problems (it’s a sensitive topic, OK?), but people suffer from issues all the time, especially if you’ve ever given birth, you know what I’m talking about.

PeriCoach is a FDA-approved device and smartphone app that apparently helps women do pelvic floor muscle exercises, as the muscle movement activity is shown on the smartphone app which also shows progress and results. Fancy, eh?

Regardless of whether you suffer from bladder leakage (it’s OK to admit), the video is still worth watching for a good laugh:
