When you’re in labor, the first thing that pops into your mind is probably not pole-dancing. For one new mom, however, it is. Kat Bailey, a fitness instructor and owner of PoleKat Fitness, pole danced while she was waiting to give birth.
Bailey recently posted a video of herself on Facebook right before she went to the hospital, which now has 145,000 views. In the video, she states:
“I’m officially in labour 🙂 Got a few hours before we go to the hospital so thought I’d do some pole between contractions.”
Barely a moment later, Bailey does a split without even wincing (which I can’t do at all…), not to mention when I’m about to push an entire human out of my body.
