This is a decoration which can be set out for Rosh Hashanah, or Sukkot as well, to symbolize the sweetness of the New Year, or the ample harvest.

You will need:

Two clean and dry paper plates
Brown paper shopping bag handle or other scrap paper
Stapler or tape

1. Place the plates together so that the bottoms face out.

2. Staple or tape the edges.

3. Fit in a small piece of a handle or paper to be the stem.

4. Then color the bottoms of both plates.

5. Attach a string to hang it up.
