hits of the week 3/1/13- We Need to Quit Telling Lies on Facebook. Where to begin? With 85,000 likes and 600 comments (and counting), clearly this plea to stop sugar-coating our lives on Facebook has struck a chord with parents and non-parents alike.

- Being a Parent with Cerebral Palsy. While Jason’s disability does effect some of the ways he parents his small child, he doesn’t focus on what he cannot do. A truly inspiring story.

- How Do I Explain Special Needs to My Kids?  When her son asked her why a young boy was making loud noises during services, Jordana didn’t know how to tell him about special needs without confusing him or offending the boys’ parents.

- How Family Purim Went Down for Almost-Divorced Mayim Bialik. Despite being in the midst of a divorce, Mayim’s family did matching family costumes and celebrated Purim all together.
