Amy Schumer, Seth Rogen, & Others Reinterpret Drake’s ‘Hotline Bling’

Unless you’ve been actively trying not to hear Drake’s often parodied hit “Hotline Bling,” or you’ve been too busy arranging your kid’s playdate schedule, chances are you’ve heard your fair share of these parodies. So, sit down and take a breather, because now there’s another parody. And this one is the greatest of them all.

W magazine managed to get a star-studded list of actors to feature in their parody, such as Amy Schumer, Bryan Cranston, Paul Dano, Joel Edgerton, Greta Gerwig, Brie Larson, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Rooney Mara, Maika Monroe, and Saoirse Ronan. Of course, we love the Jewish trifecta going on here: Schumer-Drake-Rogen.

The song that boasts once-hot booty calls gets revamped into this spoken word poetry-esque version, where the readings alternate between quietly sincere and totally hyped up.

Some of our favorite moments include Seth Rogen’s conversational and earnest tone recalling “Ever since I left the city…” to Schumer’s anxious and judgmental “… you got a reputation for yourself now.”

Spare a few minutes of your busy day, and watch this hilarious interpretation of Drake’s hit song:
