Lauren Manaker is a devoted mother to her 3-year-old daughter, Hannah, and her fur-baby Bella. She lives in South Carolina with her husband, Matt, and owns a virtual nutrition support and counseling service tailored to fit the needs of clients who wish to conceive or enhance pre or postnatal health. She is still trying to master the art of challah baking, but is having fun in the process.
