Shavuot starts this evening at sundown and lasts for two days, so this is our formal goodbye until Friday. We’ll be off celebrating the receiving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai by eating cheesecake and blintzes all day long, so be sure to check back on Friday with our post-Shavuot diet resolutions.
