The last few months have been monumental for Nicky Hilton–first she got married to Jewish heir James Rothschild in July 2015–and now she’s pregnant with her first child, according to US Weekly. They apparently had already been spotted at at Pottery Barn Kids at The Grove in Los Angeles, so clearly they weren’t trying to hide this.
An inside source apparently told People how happy the parents-to-be are:
“Nicky is very excited to become a mom. She is feeling great! … They’ve just begun telling close friends and family. Nicky and James are over the moon!”
Of course, we wonder if Hilton is going to throw a big baby bash to celebrate the joyful news. I mean, it’s not too far-fetched considering she wore a $77,000 couture Valentino dress when she married Jewish banking heir Rothschild. But Paris Hilton, Nicky’s famous older sister, has been reported to say how very much in love the couple is:

“They’re so loyal and they’re so in love. They’re like a prince and princess…I think it’s important to find someone you trust and love and spent the rest of your life. I think that’s the meaning of life: to get married and have a family.”
Their child will be the first grandchild for Nicky’s parents, Richard and Kathy Hilton. As of now, the due date has not been released, but it won’t be too hard to tell soon enough. No word on whether or not they’ll be raising the baby Jewish, so we’ll have to just wait and see.
