We don’t have to tell you that pregnancy, giving birth, and breastfeeding (if you choose) can change your body. And of course, as with all changes, not all of them are exactly wanted. Sometimes it can be hard adjusting to your postpartum body, not just because of the pressure, but because a lot of the changes are beyond your control.
Well, one mom made a hysterical video about the different stages a mom’s breasts go through post-baby. The video, which was originally from Polish blog SuperStyler, was recently posted on the popular Facebook page Breastfeeding Mama Talk.
While all women’s bodies are different, and thus are affected differently, it can be comforting to know that you’re going through an experience many other women are too. Solidarity is important–and it can be found through humor.
