You Need to Watch This Adele/Bieber Passover Mashup

Teaching your kids about Passover is hard–mostly because it’s difficult making them sit down and listen to you for five minutes. But now, you don’t have to worry, because Aish recently made a Passover video, which is a mashup of Adele’s “Hello,” some Justin Bieber song that we couldn’t identify (sorry, we’re old) called “Love Yourself,” and 21 Pilot’s “Stressed,” and of course, the classic 1956 film “The Ten Commandments.”

I have to say, the video is pretty incredible–it’s funny, a little bizarre, but also entertaining. The parody lyrics, of course, are the best part:

“Pharaoh, it’s me
I was wondering if after all these years the Jews you’d free
It’s all over
Everything
You see its time for us to leave ya
I hope there’s no hard feelings

Hello?
I can’t hear you
I think the river needs some cleanin’
It’s turning red
And we’re thirsty
What’s with all these frogs
In my streets?
Locusts flying
I’ve got boils
And this hail is so freaky.”

Watch the video with your kids below–it’s totally worth it (and we think they’ll love it!):
