Being evicted from your home is a terrible thing. One Virginian family claims they’re being evicted from their apartment because of their 10-year-old son, because he has special needs. The Diaz family has until the end of this month to vacate their apartment, according to NBC Washington.
Deysi and Francisco Diaz live in an apartment with their two kids, Elder and Brianna. Elder is 10 years old, and suffers from developmental disabilities and seizures, as a result from being beaten by a daycare worker when he was 18 months old. When they initially moved into their apartment, they claimed they provided a letter from his pediatrician explaining this.

However, the property manager finds Elder’s constant singing and shouting disturbing, and has declined to give them a reference to find a new place. Because of this, the family will have to move into a homeless shelter. While we don’t know the full story, it seems completely heartless to evict an entire family before they have their situation settled.
Yes, loud noises and disturbances are frustrating to deal with, but we don’t live in a perfect world, and we as adults, have to adjust accordingly. Because at the end of the day, we’re just just trying to live our lives.
